Try a new technique with our new range of Sashiko printed fabric! Sashiko is a Japanese traditional stitching technique, which is very easy to learn. Its stitching lines make simple and beautiful patterns on the cloth.
Sashiko designs can be used for quilts, tote bags, pillows, garments, etc.
Note: Sashiko means little stabs and refers to small stitches used in this form of needlework.
Pre-printed 14″ square of navy blue 100% cotton fabric, marked with permanent stitching lines for a sashiko style embroidery block. The marking on the fabric will not wash out and even applying heat to it directly will not remove the marks.
It is recommended that Sashiko thread or perle cotton thread be used for the stitching. Sashiko needles and thread available separately.
