We charge a flat rate delivery fee of £3.00 for delivery in the UK for orders less than £45.
Orders over £45 for UK delivery qualify for free shipping.
International orders are charged at a flat rate delivery fee of £10 for shipping worldwide.
Next day delivery is available for a flat rate fee of £9.00.
Local orders can be collected. If your postcode is local the 'Local Pickup' option will be available at checkout. When you receive an email saying your order has been completed this is when it is ready for collection. Parcels can be collected Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm.

I’m a huge Ruby Star fan so I was expecting great things but was
very disappointed with the selection I got. A rather lacklustre collection to be fair which I probably won’t use it seemed to be the prints nobody else wanted
I have cancelled my subscription and won’t order again

Hi Jacquie, We are sorry you did not like your fabric selection. We always try to choose Ruby Star fabrics from current collections, and do not send fabrics that no one else liked. In 2020 and 2021 we did have supply chain problems, and there were months where we did not have any new collections and did not know when we would be getting them. At those times, we did dig into our RS archives and chose fabrics which we felt would still be wanted and appreciated by RS fans. Now, into 2022, we are still getting the newest collections rather later than the U.S., but usually have some of the newer collections to choose from. I hope eventually the supply and shipping will resolve and the new collections will get to us faster, but it’s hard to say if that will happen. Please note that we will always use the newest collections that we have in this Club, and No Fabric will ever be repeated.

I’m a huge Ruby Star fan from Belgium. I just cancelled my subscription. After 4 months membership I never received fat quarters of the newer collections. I never received a beautiful and inspiring fat quarter just prints nobody else wanted.
I’m disappointed.

Hi Carmen, We are so sorry that you were disappointed with your fabrics. I guess I’m not sure exactly what you were expecting. We always send at least 3 -4 of the main prints of each collection, and the remaining FQs of that collection’s blenders. In June we sent the Birthday collection fabrics, in July we sent the Reign collection fabrics, in August we sent the Camellia collection fabrics, in September we sent the Vessel collection fabrics, in October we sent the Spooky Darlings collection fabrics, and in November we sent the Jolly Darlings collection (the RSS Christmas fabrics). These collections were put into our shipping rotation as soon as they arrived in our shop. Now, sometimes we will receive several different collections in the same shipment, so it may take a few months to ship out all the newer collections to our Club customers. You will always see fabrics being released in the US months before it even arrives at our door, and then it may take a month or two to get shipped in our Club, so I know it may seem like you are getting old collections, but honestly, it is as fast as we can get them to you. We always get fabrics much later than the US shops get them. We have no control over the RSS shipping schedule. I hope that explains our shipping process. But, again, I’m very sorry you were disappointed with the selections.
